Tanya Hart Little is the founder and President of Hart Advisors Group, a real estate advisory company based in Dallas, Texas. Since Hart’s inception in 2009, Mrs. Little and her team have completed more than $11 billion of commercial loan restructures, assumptions and recapitalizations.
In addition, Mrs. Little launched Hart Commercial and Hart Capital Partners in 2014 to offer commercial brokerage services including landlord and tenant representation and mortgage brokerage. Both platforms introduced new leaders and teams in 2021.Drawing on over two decades of experience in real estate finance, Mrs. Little has built Hart Advisors on a proven business platform, leveraging lean process management, marketing and a strong, experienced team. Since 2009, Mrs. Little has successfully grown her operations to a national presence. Prior to launching Hart Advisors, Mrs. Little served as Chief Operating Officer of the Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) Capital Markets’ Real Estate Mortgage Capital business, which provided CMBS financing for commercial real estate borrowers across the United States. While at RBC, Mrs. Little was responsible for developing and overseeing all business operations, including the business infrastructure and strategic plan, for a new lending business unit which produced more than $2.3 billion in loans within its first year of operation. Mrs. Little also led the asset management and servicing for a $1 billion interim loan portfolio.
Mrs. Little has received numerous awards for her achievements as a leader in the community, including the Dallas Power 50 award honoring women who advance progressive and diverse initiatives that close the gender gap in the C-Suite, the Enterprising Women of the Year award recognizing top women entrepreneurs, Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, Individual Career Advancement for Women recognition from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Real Estate Forum Magazine’s Woman of Influence Award.
Allison Johnston Frizzo is the Managing Director of Hart Commercial, a commercial brokerage company based in Dallas, Texas. Allison and her team provide brokerage services for all asset classes. Allison specializes in office leasing and has spent her 10+ year career in commercial real estate focused on leasing prominent properties in Dallas. Allison’s strengths include consulting in design, business development, construction management and creating innovative ideas for repositioning assets and marketing spaces.
Mrs. Frizzo comes to Hart Commercial from Gaedeke Group where she was Vice President of the Real Estate Division for Texas focused on leasing over 1.8 million square feet of Class A/AA office projects. Prior to Gaedeke, Allison was a Vice President with JLL’s Agency Leasing Group and Spire Realty Group as a Leasing Associate.
Allison is a current Board member of TREC and past board member of NTCAR, TREC Executive Board, TREC ALC Class of 2018, CREW, Urban Armadillos, Big Brothers Big Sisters and 4word Dallas Board. She founded Ladies in CRE, which has grown to over 700 members and provides business networking, mentorship and philanthropic opportunities for women in commercial real estate in the Dallas area. In 2019, Allison received the prestigious NTCAR Young Citizen Award and was recognized as a D CEO Power Broker in 2019, 2020 & 2021. Allison is noted for the Auburn University Alumni 20 Under 40 Inaugural Class and CoreNet Global North Texas Young Leader Award.
David Harris is the Director of Tenant Representation of Hart Commercial, a commercial brokerage company based in Dallas, Texas. For the past nine years, David has represented office and industrial tenants, providing a creative and personalized approach with proven results.
Since 2016, Mr. Harris has successfully negotiated more than 190 transactions in 42 states, encompassing more than 1.5 million square feet and value in excess of $113 million. He has been recognized as a DCEO Power Broker three times (2017, 2019 and 2020).
Britt is a Senior Associate with Hart Commercial. Ms. Heady comes to Hart Commercial from Colliers International where she was an Associate specializing in retail for both local and national retail concepts. Prior to Colliers, she worked as an Associate at Cushman and Wakefield where she also represented both national and local retail groups all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Britt started her real estate career at BigInk Real Estate where she delved in both tenant representation and leasing. After working on her first leasing project in North DFW, she obtained the largest listing in the company's history. She goes above and beyond for her clients by educating them on the real estate process and helps them select the most suitable market for their business. Britt is involved in ICSC and Friends in Real Estate.
Lauren Preola is the Marketing & Transaction Associate for Hart Commercial. Prior to joining Hart, Lauren was an Associate for Dallas commercial real estate firm, Fischer & Company, working with the retail and office tenant representation teams. She conducted market research & analysis, prepared presentation materials, analyzed financial models, and participated in business development activities. Previously, Lauren worked for StreetLights Residential, a Dallas multifamily & mixed-use developer, where she worked on the marketing and asset management team for five years. She coordinated the branding for over 20 Class A properties across the country. Lauren graduated Baylor University in 2016 and is an active member of The Real Estate Council and Ladies in CRE.
Ms. Harper works in Tenant Representation at Hart Commercial, a commercial brokerage company based in Dallas, Texas. In December of 2022, Grace will graduate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance. She plays an active role in a wide range of clubs and societies, developing skills in commercial leasing, development, and asset management. Ms. Harper is a member of the Folsom Institute of Real Estate. Grace is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and she was awarded a merit-based scholarship for exceptional academic skills and personal achievement.
